I passed my PMP® Certification Exam the first time (with excellent scores)! I couldn't have done it without the individualized and personalized instruction I received from IITA Programs. I felt really prepared and confident, with a good understanding of what would be on the test.
~ Emeka Chuckwu, PMP®
Without question, I passed the PMP® Exam on the first try because of this course. The PMP® exam is a psychometric test that twists and contorts the logic of the PMI® vernacular to get you to answer questions based upon something other than the PMBOK Guide. Even though I have been managing projects for years, I don't think I would have passed the exam without this course.... Save yourself the time and cost of failing the test the first time and get prepared for the PMP® Exam by a real expert.
~Jones Michael, PMP®
The PMP® Exam Prep course from IITA was very effective for our organization. I am in charge of the Project Management Office and via this office have facilitated two sessions, and are embarking on a third. All individuals who have taken the PMP® Exam have passed it on the first try. Attaining the credential has improved the visibility and credibility of project management professionals in our organization .
~Joseph Alexander, PMP®
My choice of IITA PMP Prep was a very profitable decision. I sat for the certification exam and passed. Everyone that keeps the IITA ground rules is assured of success too. These are: no lateness to class, must attend all lectures, must complete all assignments and submit as when due, must read ahead at least one chapter before the next class session
~Pastor Done, PMP®

Compensation for project managers is always based at least partly on performance. You are encouraged to "buy in" to the success of your project. Project managers who can complete an assignment ahead of schedule or under budget usually get a nice bonus. In hard-bid construction, for example, PM bonuses are based on a company's profit from a project; a good PM on a multimillion-dollar construction job can make tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars as a bonus.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP®) has been voted as one of the top certifications and is actively sought after by potential recruiters. Project Managers in all the industries look forward to certify themselves with PMP®. Also, most companies outsourcing work look forward for PMP® managers managing their projects. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP® credential demonstrates to employers, clients and colleagues that a project manager possesses project management knowledge, experience and skills to bring projects to successful completion. PMP recognizes the competence of an individual to perform in the role of a project manager, specifically experience in leading and directing projects. Year after year, the PMP credential has garnered global recognition and commanded a higher salary for credentialed individuals over non-credentialed individuals. This course prepares you for the coveted PMP® exam.
